Ingredients:  
Wash and cut out the bad spots out of the apples.I do not peel them. Cut into pieces cook slowly with a little water. When done put them thru a sieve and if they need sugar Add to taste if needed. Let cool and put in containers. I freeze mine. I like Macintosh Apples for sauce and apple butter.
