2/3 cup crushed crackers
1 cup milk
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup grated onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 beaten eggs

Sauce for Meat loaf
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cracker crumbs in milk. Add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings, mix well. Form into loaf and place in loaf pan
Mix together topping/sauce and cover meat loaf with the sauce. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
