½ cup Butter
½ cup Celery, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
3 tbsp. Flour
3 cups milk
2 6-oz cans Flaked Tuna, drained
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
½ tsp. Thyme Flakes
¼ tsp. Dillweed
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
¼ cup Parsley, chopped

Melt butter in large skillet and sauté vegetables about 5 minutes. Stir in flour until well blended. Gradually add milk. Cook over LOW heat til think stirring frequently. Add tuna, cheese, thyme, dill, salt, and pepper. Heat thoroughly on low heat, about 5 minutes.
