Ingredients:  
1 lbs Italian sausage (casing removed)
2 cups celery cut in ½ inch pieces
2 lbs. zucchini cut in ½ inch pieces
1 cup chopped onion
½ tsp basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 Green peppers cut in ½ inch pieces
2 15-oz cans tomato
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp Garlic Powder.
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Crumble and brown sausage. Add to all other ingredients in a large pot and simmer about 45 minutes. Freezes well.
