2 tbp butter
1 tbsp cornstartch
3 tbsp Green onion or scallion, chopped
1 egg

Boil broth. Add butter. Mix cornstarch and water. Add to broth to thicken. While stirring with a for, slowly add beaten egg.Sprinkle soup with chopped onion
