1 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman's Real Mayo)
3 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce (I prefer Kikkoman for this recipe)
1 clove freshly minced garlic
lots of freshly ground black pepper

Plain or toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well until completely blended.

Serve over a simple green salad. Sprinkle salad with plain or toasted sesame seeds (optional).

This dressing can be stored in the jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before serving.
