2 c. Flour
¾ c. Sugar
¼ c. Soft Shortening
1 Egg
½ c. Milk
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
2 c. Blueberries

Topping:

½ c. Sugar
⅓ c. Flour
½ tsp. Cinnamon
¼ c. Butter - softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly. Stir in milk. Blend dry ingredients; stir in, until well blended. Carefully blend in blueberries.

Grease and flour a square, 9"x9"x1¾", pan. Spread batter into pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake in a 375º oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in center, comes out clean.
