1 14 ½ can evaporated milk
1 pkg lemon Jell-O
1 ¾ c hot water
¼ c lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 ½ c vanilla wafer crust

Directions:
Directions:
Chill unopened canned milk 3-4 hours. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Chill until partly set. Whip until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice and sugar. Whip chilled milk and fold into the Jell-O mixture. Line bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with crumbs. Pour in Jell-O mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
