1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Soy Sauce
½ tsp salt
1 Garlic clove, crushed
3-4 lbs chicken, cut in serving pieces

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken at least 3 hours, turning often. Bake at 325º for 2½ hours, basting occationally with marinade. Ser pan drippings over rice.
