5 cups Cornbread Crumbs (make 2 cups ballard corn bread mix.)
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced onion
1 hard-boild egg
2 cups Chicken broth or turkey broth
½ cup butter
½ tsp sage, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion in butter and a little water until soft. Mix cornbread and dry bread crumbs with sage, salt, and pepper to taste. Ad to mixture enough broth (or drippings) to moisten to an almost dripping wet consistency. If drippings are extra rich, you may need to use some water to keep flavor from being too strong. If broth or drippings are inadequate, you may use 1 can cream of chicken soup. Add finely chopped egg, onion, and celery mix. Bake in buttered casserole at 350º about 30 minutes.
