1 pound ground beef
2 onions
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Beef broth or milk

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl place ground beef, egg, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and a tablespoon of milk or water. Mix thoroughly and form into six to eight patties. Dredge in flour and set aside.

Heat skillet over medium high heat and cook for about four minutes on each side. Remove patties. add oil and onions to pan and simmer until transparent. Remove from pan. Add flour, butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt to frying pan and cook until lightly browned. Add beef broth or milk, onions and beef patties to pan and heat until bubbly. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
