1 pint oysters
14 Royale lunch milk cracker, rolled fine (NABISCO)
1 C. Milk
lb butter
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put oysters in pan and bring almost to a boil. (Do not boil). Remove and add milk and baking powder: stir well. Add butter. Stir until melted and add the cracker crumbs and eggs. Pour into casserole and top with buttered soda crackers. Bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes. Add a little parsley. Served 4-6
