1 5.2 oz container Boursin Cheese with garlic and herb
1/4 c. sliced green onion or chives
1 12 oz pkg refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 egg yolk
1 Tbs water
2 Tbs parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
In small bowl stir Boursin cheese with onion.
Gently split each biscuit with a knife.
Place bottom on greased sheet and spread 1 T of cheese mixture over each biscuit bottom, then place tops on top of cheese blend.
In bowl, beat egg yolk with fork and add water. Brush over tops and sprinkle with cheese add additional onion/chives.

Bake 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.
