4 boneless pork chops ¾-1" thick
salt
pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup thinly sliced apples (1 medium apple)
¼ cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat until it sizzles. Add apples. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Push apples to sides of skillet. Add chops. Cook for 4 minutes. Turn chops over and move apples aside as needed. Spoon apple slices over chops. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar. Cook covered for 2-4 minutes more or until thermometer reads 145º. Serve chops with apple slices and cooking juices.
