1 c. butter or margarine softened == ( 2 squares)
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar ( packed)
2 eggs
1 t. Vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. Baking soda
1 pkg. Choc. Chips
1 small pkg. instant Vanilla pudding (******SECRET INGREDIENT******)

Mix together and drop by spoonfull on cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 8 to 10 mins. Let cool on sheet a few minutes before taking off.

These are tried and true. ALWAYS get tons of compliments when given away. A good item to send to neighbors and friends!!


I cut my butter up and soften in microwave. If you melt it alot, your cookies will be flatter. Still taste delicious-
