2 C. biscuit mix
C. sugar
1 C. raw carrots, shredded
1 egg, beaten
⅔ C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine biscuit mix and sugar. Mix egg and milk. Add carrots to dry ingredients. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredient mixture, stirring with a fork only until dry ingredients are dampened.
2. Pour into greased pan or liners filling ⅔ full. Bake at 425 for 15-25 minutes.
