2 lbs brown sugar
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cook sugar and milk over med heat until hard soft stage/234-remove from heat and add butter and vanilla to blend.

Place pot in sink of cold water and cool to 110 while beating with blender (or until shine is gone)

Pour into buttered 8x10 pan

Cut while warm after it sits for a few minutes
