½ c. dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ salt
1 lightly beaten egg
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
1 jar (26 oz. meatless spaghetti sauce
¾ c shredded part-skin mozzarella cheese
¼ c shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. In another bowl, beat egg. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

Place in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered at 375º for 10 minutes on each side.

Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken; bake for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese; bake10 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.
