2 lbs Atlantic Salmon
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves minced
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay salmon on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold up the sides around the salmon. In a small bowl wisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the glaze over the salmon. Top the salmon with aluminum foil and seal.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until cooked through out. Take the foil off and baste with sauce in foil. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until brown and carmalized.
