1 T butter
12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2/3 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 t paprika
1 1/4 salt
1/4 pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
While oven heats, melt the butter on a rimmed baking sheet
Mix the dry ingredients.
Coat chicken pieces thoroughly with the mix. Place chicken pieces on the sheet pan and bake for about 35 - 45 minutes, turing 1/2 way through. If the sheet pan is too crowded, use a second sheet so the chicken will crisp up.
