6 oz medium noodles
1 - 6 1/2 oz can of tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 - 10 1/2 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
4 oz sharp process American cheese, shredded
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds, if desired

2 quart casserole dish
Preheat oven to 425º
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Combine noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, celery and onion. Blend soup and milk, heat through. Add cheese, and stir until cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered, for 20 minutes.
