1/2 cup warm water

2 cups warm milk

3 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp salt

2 1/2 tbsp yeast

6-7 cups flour

2 tbsp wheat gluten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in mixer with dough hook until smooth elastic.

Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Divide into 18 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Place 9 balls each into 2 greased 10x10 pans or 2 quarter sheet pans.

Let rise again for 35-40 minutes.

Brush with egg wash and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until center reaches 200F.
