1st layer:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter, melted
2 eggs

2nd layer:
1 - 8 ounce cream cheese
2 eggs
1 - 1 pound box confectioners sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for 1st layer and press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
Cream the cheese. Add the rest of the ingredients for 2nd layer and pour over the top of 1st layer.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until done. Cake is very moist and rich. Do not overbake.
