Dressing
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
1 T fresh chives
1 T. sugar
1 t. ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 T.fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. salt

Salad:
2-3 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 cup sliced celery
1 c. pineapple chunks

Lettuce leaves
4 cantaloupe rings peeled and seeded cut 3/4 inch thick
1/2 toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well ! Just before serving combine turkey, grapes, celery and pineapple and dressing and mix lightly.
On individual salad plates arrange lettuce and a cantaloupe ring ; fill center with salad. Garnish with pecans .
