6-8 potatoes (boil, peel, and shred them- cook until not quite done)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 C. Sour cream
1 C. Grated mild cheddar cheese
½ C. Melted butter
⅓ C. Finely chopped onions
2 C. Cornflakes, crushed
2 TBSP butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until not quite done (boil, peel, shred them). Set aside. Mix together 2 cans of soup, sour cream, cheese, melted butter, and onions. Pour over potatoes. Toss potatoes (lightly) until covered. Mix together crushed cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cook in oven 30 minutes at 350º.
