2 cups water

2 tbsp yeast

2 tbsp wheat gluten

4 tbsp butter, melted

2 eggs

6 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cups sugar

2 tsp salt

1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning

Topping:

1 stick melted butter

2 tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in mixer with dough hook until smooth and elastic.

Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Divide dough into 16 equal pieces and roll each piece into a 12in stick. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Brush with egg wash and bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes or until golden.

Brush with topping while hot.
