1 stick butter- melted in microwave
2 eggs
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
1 15 oz. can whole kernal corn
1 15 oz. Creamed corn
1/4 c. sugar
1 8 oz. carton of sour cream ( or 1 cup)

Spray a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 mins. or until done.

Casey--- you have been eating this for years and love it. It has always had sour cream in it. That's what makes it delicious. I don't like sour cream either, and all the recipes that have it in them are delicious. You don't taste the sour cream. Keep eating this and remember the good times.
