l lb. ground beef cooked
3 lg. onions
l lg. green pepper
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 t. salt
1-2 t. chili powder

Cook meat, onions, green peppers. Drain, and stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, and chili powder. Pour into sprayed casserole.....cover and bake i hour at 350 degrees.

** I add cheese on the top and double the rice and tomatoes.

Cover with foil.

This is one of your Dad's (Terry) favorites. Sometime takes a bit longer cooking time for the rice to cook.
