1 beef roast ( I use boneless Chuck Roast )
1 envelope Italian dressing mix (.7 oz.)
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix ( l. oz.)
1 envelope brown gravy mix ( .87 oz. )
1/2 c. water

Mix the envelopes all together in bowl, and then put a little water in the bottom of crock pot and spread the seasonings over the roast or roasts. Pour water over the top. I usually add a little extra water . Cook on low 4 plus hours.


The above measurements in parenthesis are if you are using bulk bottles from Sams, etc.
