6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
¾ tsp. salt
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Put butter in 13x9 baking dish and place in oven to melt.
Combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt in bowl or blender. Mix until smooth.
Pour into baking dish with melted butter.
Bake 20 minutes until set and golden.
 

Buttermilk Syrup


Ingredients:

1 ½ c. sugar
¾ c. buttermilk
½ c. butter
2 T. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, buttermilk, butter, corn syrup, and baking soda in a large pot or dutch oven (bigger than you think you need!). Bring to a boil, boil for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. This will make the syrup expand in the pot!

Pour over pancakes.

This came from my friend Katy Lilly. Its quick and easy and makes a great breakfast or dessert.

If you don't want to mess with the syrup, this is also great with fruit topping or regular syrup.
