4 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. olive oil
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 ½ c. warm water (110º)
2 tsp. light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large bowl.
Place on floured surface and knead until dough is smooth and slightly sticky. Add more flour if needed.
Oil bowl to prevent sticking. Put dough in oiled bowl, cover loosely, and set in warm location to rise.
Turn risen dough out on floured surface. Portion into the pizza size you want, roll or stretch dough, and make your pizza to taste.
