4 oz unsalted butter
1½ squares baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Grease 8" pie plate (glass is best) Melt butter and chocolate. Mix sugar into beaten eggs and combine until sugar is fully incorporated. Mix in butter-chocolate mixture until completely blended. Add vanilla and milk. Stir well. Fold in flour and mix just until no white streaks remani. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Bake 25 minutes.
