1 7oz package elbow macaroni
3 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups grated or cubed cheese (cheddar, co-jack, or velvetta)*
2 cans Vienna Sausage
salt and pepper to taste

*I use co-jack



Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, set aside
Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper
slowly stir in milk
Cook over medium heat until thickened - stirring constantly
Add 2 cups cheese - stir until melted
Add sliced Vienna Sausage - whole or cut in half
Bake for 40 minutes at 350º in greased casserole dish
