1/2 cup lard
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 whole egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lard, peanut butter, brown sugar, white sugar and whole egg well with electric mixer. Fold in flour, soda, salt and vanilla.

Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet then flatten with bottom of greased glass.

Bake 375º
