2 eggs
2 C. Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 C. Sugar
½ C. Milk
2 tsp vanilla
Nuts or Coconut

Powdered Sugar Frosting:
Butter
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for nuts. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Bake in thin layer on cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes (or until done - toothpick test) at 350º. Cool and cut in finger-length strips. Cover with powdered sugar frosting and roll in nuts or coconut. These are great for showers, wedding receptions and any party. Frosting can be colored to match many color schemes.

Icing:
Butter and powdered sugar mixed to taste (may need to add a little milk)
