8 Tbsp butter or margarine (1 stick)
9 Tbsp flour
1 cup consomme or bouillon cube with cup of water
1 Tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp ketchup and 1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 tsp salt and 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp accent (salt substitute)
4 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 cup whole milk
1 cup undiluted canned milk
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove grated garlic
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 1/2 cups (approx) of peeled and veined shrimp or cut fish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients - except shrimp or fish - in double boiler over low heat, stirring until you have a smooth sauce. Add shrimp or fish. Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
