Chicken Breast
Eggs
Soy Sauce
Bread Crumbs
Panko Breadcrumbs
Garlic Powder
Thyme
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Half chicken breast pounded out to ¾ thick
Create Flour dredge with garlic powder
Create eggs and soy sauce
Create Panko and Breadcrumbs with Thyme

Chicken goes into the flour, then eggs, than back into Panko & Breadcrumb mix

Medium heat with oil, 3 minutes on each side

Salt and rest for 4 minutes
