10 oz bran cereal
5 cups flour
2 tsp salt
3 cups sugar
5 tsp baking soda
1 quart buttermilk
1 cup Wesson oil
4 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Then add the buttermilk, oil, and eggs.
Mix all together.
Beat with mixer until well moistened.
Pour into muffin tins lined with muffin liners.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Batter keeps in the refrigerator for several weeks.
