18 cups of water, 9 cups sugar,1/8 tsp salt, 4 oz jar of instant coffee (any brand), 3 tsp of vanilla, 1 pint grain alcohol 90 proof.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil. Use wooden spoon to stir in sugar. Stir constantly until it thickens. Add coffee and vanilla. Stir well.

Let come to room temperature, once cooled add alcohol. Store in plastic or glass bottles. No refrigeration needed. Store on shelf in cool dark place.
Shake before each use.
