onions
celery
carrots
1-2 quarts water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place goose breast side down in roasting pan. Add onions, celery, and carrots in cavity. Add water.
2. Bake at 325º for 3½ hours, basting about half way through and then again when close to done. If done in a bag, no basting is necessary.
