l lb. hamberger browned
1/2 lb. sausage browned ( usually use Jimmy Dean)
1 lg. can kidney beans..drained
1 lg. can diced tomatoes
2 C. frozen corn ( can use canned )
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix ( 1.25 oz. if use from the big bottle from Sams)
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped



Add in crock pot and simmer until done. ( Mostly just heating it up) Serve with Fritos and cheese.
I usually double it al least if making for a group.
