1 (8oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
15 oz white chocolate, chopped
15 Oreo cookies, broken into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
1. In the bowl of your mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and no lumps remain.

2. Melt the white chocolate stirring until melted and smooth and then add to the cream cheese mixture along with 3/4 of the Oreo cookies.

3. Spread into parchment lined 8*8 baking pan.

4. Press the remaining cookies into the top of the fudge to make it look pretty.

5. Chill in the fridge at least 4 hours before cutting.
