6 hard-cooked eggs
1 ½ cups Medium White Sauce
4 slices hot buttered toast
Paprika or snipped parsley

1 ½ cups Medium White Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk

Directions:

Cut eggs in fourths and add to white sauce; stir carefully. Serve over toast.

OPTIONAL: melt 1 cup of American or cheddar cheese into hot white sauce.
