2 POUNDS HALIBUT OR SWORDFISH(3/4 " thick)

2 TSP DRIED THYME

1TSP SALT AND PEPPER

2 MED CARROTS SHREDDED

1 MED GREEN PEPPER FINELY CHOPPED

1 SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED

1/4 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

1 TBSP OLIVE OIL

PREHEAT TO 450 DEGREES

SPRAY NON STICK SPRAY IN BAG

SPRINKLE FISH WITH THYME, SALT AND PEPPER

COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS AND SPRINKLE OVER FISH

SEAL BAG WITH FISH INSIDE AND PLACE IN A 1" DEEP PAN

BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES
