1\2 cup butter
1\2 cup milk
2 cups white sugar

3 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
6 Tbsps. cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In pot, melt butter, add milk and white sugar (medium high) WATCH!! Do not cover. Stir constantly and let boil for 3 mins.

Mix next 4 ingredients in a bowl with a fork. Add this to the hot mixture.

Drop by spoonful onto parchment paper or newspaper. Let cool.

Personal Notes:
This is the cheap version of chocolate glossies-(-made with the oatmeal and coconut but melted chocolate chips.) I sometimes add a cup of chocolate chips to the mixture and let melt to make them richer.
