1 lb flank steak trimmed and cut in half lengthwise.

Pam

5 c broccoli florets

3 tbsp water

3/4 c beef broth

1 tbsp cornstarch

3 tbsp spicy brown bean sauce (House of Tsang - ethnic food aisle)

2 tsp minced peeled fresh ginger

1 tsp dark sesame oil

1 (4 oz) can mandarin orange (drained)

Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with Pam over medium heat. Add half of the meat and stir-fry 2 minutes. Removed meat from pan and keep warm.

Repeat procedure with remaining meat . Add broccoli to pan and sprinkle with water. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until crisp and tender.

Combine broth and next 4 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Drain oranges, reserving 1/4 c liquid. Stir into broth/seasoning.

Add meat and broth to broccoli, cook stirring constantly. Gently stir in oranges.
