2 Cups Self Rising Flour sifted
1 Cup Buttermilk
¼ Cup Melted lard(oil, or butter)
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder

4 oz Melted Butter for top of biscuit and pan

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 6 ingredients together and knead. Oil pan and preheat pan and oven to 400ºF and form biscuit lay in pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400º F. Remove biscuits from oven and rub butter on tops.
Return to oven and cook 8 more minutes. Turn broiler on and brown top to right color. Watch in broiler or you will burn the tops.
