2 lbs. ground beef, turkey, or chicken
1 onion, chopped
15 oz. can "ranch style" beans
15 oz. can pinto beans
15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
16 oz. can stewed or diced tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 oz. mild green chiles, drained and diced
1 pkg. dry buttermilk dressing
1 - 2 cups water

Brown meat and onions in a large pot. Drain. Add all the other ingredients. Stir well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Turn heat down and simmer about 30 minutes uncovered.

You can use a ground beef substitute in this. If so, brown the onions on their own and add the meat substitute when you add all the other ingredients.
