1lb. box/bag mostaccioli noodles
1lb. ground beef
3/4 lb.bulk italian sausage
1/3 c.Weber Garlic & Herb Seasoning ( Walmart has it )
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 15oz. cans of tomato sauce
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. shredded mozzarella
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles al dente following instructions on the package.
Rinse with cold water & drain well.Return to pot, toss with olive oil & Weber seasoning.
Marinate for 30 minutes.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef & sausage, drain, add onion & remaining Weber
seasoning. Cook one minute. Stir in 2 cans of tomato sauce. If sauce appears too dry or thick, add more tomato sauce. Simmer 30 minutes.

To assemble later, cover pans or bag & refrigerate the noodles & meat sauce separately.

Assembly: In a 9x13" pan, place a layer of noodles, meat sauce, more noodles, etc.
ending with meat sauce. Take care to cover all noodles with meat sauce. Top with
shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake @ 350 deg. for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is bubbly, lightly browned & dish is heated through.
