1 lb ground beef
4 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
9 oz broccoli, chopped
2 8 oz cans Pillsbury crescent roll
Beaten egg
Poppy seeds, if desired
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium skillet, brown meat, drain well. Stir in Mozzarella, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper and broccoli. Simmer 10 minutes.
Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Press perforations to seal. Press together long sides of two rectangles overlapping 1/2 inch. Fill with beef broccoli mixture. Bring long edges together and overlap, press to seal together. Pinch edges and ends to seal. Repeat with remaining rectangles. Brush tops with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 18 to 22 minutes or until deep golden brown.
